Description

A nested hobo insertion in a gypsy element in sc, in the opposite orientation to gypsy. The hobo element is inserted into the 5' region of gypsy at position 94 nt according to the gypsy sequence published in FBrf0045014. The hobo insertion is accompanied by deletion of a gypsy sequence from 94-915 nt. This 821-bp deletion includes nine of the twelve su(Hw) binding sites.
