Imprecise excision of P{SUPor-P}dikarKG00884. A 1423 bp deletion that extends from the insertion site into the upstream intergenic sequence, deleting both exon 1A and 1B and presumably the associated promoters. 68 bp of P{SUPor-P} sequence remains at the insertion site.

Comment:

A 1423 bp deletion resulting from the imprecise excision of P{SUPor-P}dikarKG00884 extends upstream from the insertion and removes the first two alternative exons of dikar. 68 bp of P sequences remain at the site of the excision.
