Expression of pdfr^Scer\UAS.cZa under the control of Scer\GAL4^Clk.1.5 does not rescue the mutant evening anticipation phase phenotype of pdfr⁵³⁰⁴ mutants.

The evening phase-advanced anticipation seen in pdfr⁵³⁰⁴ mutants is not rescued by expression of pdfr^Scer\UAS.cZa under the control of Scer\GAL4^Clk.4.5F or Scer\GAL4^Clk.4.1M. In contrast, morning anticipation is rescued by both Scer\GAL4^Clk.4.1M and Scer\GAL4^Clk.4.5F expression of pdfr^Scer\UAS.cZa.

Behaviour rhythms of pdfr⁵³⁰⁴ mutants are rescued by Scer\GAL4^Clk.4.1M-driven expression of pdfr^Scer\UAS.cZa. There is significant improvements of rhythm amplitude with Scer\GAL4^Clk.4.1M-driven expression of pdfr^Scer\UAS.cZa but not with Scer\GAL4^Clk.4.5F-driven expression.
