Expression of KCNQ[UAS.cOa] under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU, Scer\GAL4c316, Scer\GAL4ey-OK107, Scer\GAL4[Mef2.247] or Scer\GAL4c305a does not lead to any significant change in 2 minute memory or 1 hour memory compared to controls.

Expression of KCNQScer\UAS.cOa in the heart under the control of "GHM5-GAL4" (Scer\GAL4Scer\UAS.cHa and Scer\GAL4tin.cBa), reverses the age-dependent increase in heart arrhythmias observed in wildtype.
