      Expression of CycEΔdom1-1.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-109-68 reduces the number of NB6-4a to NB6-4t transformations compared to wild-type. The number of NB6-4a neuroblasts that lead to more than 2 glia per lineage is also reduced in these mutants. However, CycEΔdom1-1.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is still efficient in driving additional cell divisions.
