      Expression of Ube3aScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the eye, under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, results in a rough-eye phenotype. Expression in the wing, under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096, results in a curly-wing phenotype. Ubiquitous expression, under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL, results in lethality.
