Description

1898bp of the Chd3 transcription unit and an additional 1175bp downstream have been replaced by a Avic\GFParm.PG marker. The Chd3 promoter remains intact. The resulting Chd3 protein lacks the final 529 amino acid residues, including approximately 80% of the SNF2 domain.
