      Overexpression of VGlutB44.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP driven by Scer\GAL4VGlut.PD does not lead to the release of abnormally large synaptic events, nor does it cause motor deficits, early lethality, or brain pathology.

      Most of the flies expressing VGlutB44.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP driven by Scer\GAL4BG380 live for more than a month.
