Description

The GMR promoter drives expression of amino acids 726-1272 of the gogo protein with a Tag:Myr(Src64B) myristoylation signal (amino acids 1-90 of the Src64B protein) at the N-terminus and 4x Tag:MYC tag at the C-terminus.
