      Embryos expressing bratR837D.Scer\UAS.P\T under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 show loss of germline cells. Flies display few developing egg chambers and no mature embryos. After 21 days, only empty germaria are observed.
