Expressing Prosα7^HMS00068 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Cg.PA leads to larval fat body mitochondria to appear fuzzy and clustered (as assessed by MitoGFP), although the morphology of individual mitochondria is relatively normal (as assessed by EM).

The expression of Prosα7^HMS00068 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Gli.PU leads to occasional bulging of peripheral nerves associated to an increase in the number of subperineurial glial cell nuclei, as compared to controls.
