      The expression of IKKεHMS01188 under the control of Scer\GAL4NP0001 leads to adults orally infected with Sindbis virus (SINV) showing increased viral load compared to controls.

      Females heterozygous for ik2HMS01188 and MTD-Gal4 (consists of Scer\GAL4otu.T:Hsim\VP16, Scer\GAL4nos.PG and Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16) crossed to ik2HMS01188 males results in: 89% hatching; non-maternal effect.
