Expression of Bap55Scer\UAS.cTa using Scer\GAL4GH146.PB in an otherwise wild type single cell clone does not cause any phenotype.
Expression of Bap55Scer\UAS.cTa using Scer\GAL4GH146.PB in a single cell clone in a Bap55LL05955 background results in a de novo phenotype in 2/21 cases: PBac{GH146-GAL4.B}-marked projection neuron dendrites target to neither DA41 nor DL1 glomeruli but to the DM6 glomerulus at the anterior medial region of the antennal lobe. In addition, the axon shows a mistargeting phenotype, extending ventrally to the lateral horn.
