Description

Both UASt and ms(3)K81 upstream regulatory sequences are fused upstream of a chimeric fusion protein composed of N-terminal two thirds of ms(3)K81 and the C-terminal one third of HipHop. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
