      Expression of FdhdsRNA.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 leads to a decrease in eEJC amplitudes and vesicle pool size in NMJs of ventral longitudinal m6 in abdominal segments 2 and 3 of third instar larvae when compared to controls.
