      Expression of Wdr62KK105671 under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 leads to a significant decrease in the number of neuroblasts in third instar brains, but does not significantly alter neuroblast apoptosis levels or brain volume as compared to controls.

      Expression of Wdr62KK105671 under the control of Scer\GAL4wor.PA leads to spindle misorientation in third instar neuroblasts of the brain, as compared to controls.
