Description

An FRT cassette containing a stop sequence separates UAS regulatory sequences and a minimal Hsp70 promoter from a mutated form of the dsx F isoform which is fused to Tag:Dam. Tag:V5 and Tag:MYC epitope tags are also present between the dsx and Tag:Dam sequences. The dsx sequence contains the R91Q mutation, which is within the DNA-binding domain.
