      Over-expression of CenScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP.Venus using Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 frequently results in assembly of smaller cleavage furrows at sites where large Cen protein aggregates form, and also causes nuclear fall-out.
