      Under control conditions, the adulthood-only co-expression of msl-2GL00309 and SxlKK116156 under the control of Scer\GAL4esg-NP7397 (and Gal80[ts], for the temporal regulation of expression) does not significantly affect the overall mitotic index in the female adult posterior midgut, as compared to controls.
