Reference

Expression of sti^GL00312 is lethal at 25[o]C (with Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PI), late larval/pupal lethal (with Scer\GAL4^ey.PH - pupal lethal at 18[o]C), pupal lethal (with Scer\GAL4^en.PU, same result at 18[o]C). Expression driven by Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF results in rough eye phenotype and when driven by Scer\GAL4^nub.PK notched wing and missing bristles.

Females heterozygous for sti^GL00312 and MTD-Gal4 (consists of Scer\GAL4^{otu.T:Hsim\VP16}, Scer\GAL4^nos.PG and Scer\GAL4^{nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16}) crossed to sti^GL00312 males results in: no eggs; egg/embryonic phenotype: no vitellogenic egg chambers; oogenesis defect.
