Expression of lolaGLV21086 in C-I neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4221 results in ddaD neurons that have an increased number of dendritic branches compared to controls. Dendritic phenotypes are also seen in ddaE neurons. No defects are seen in vpda neurons.
Expression of lolaGLV21086 in C-IV neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 results in a reduction in total dendritic length in ddaC, v'ada and vdaB neurons. The total number of dendritic branches is also reduced in ddaC and vdaB neurons.
