Expression of cln3HMS01476 RNAi under the control of the Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 in third instar larvae results in a decrease in the number of neuromuscular junction boutons compared to controls. This phenotype is partially rescued if the larvae are raised on a protein-rich diet supplemented with the ALK inhibitor CH5424802.
