Reference

Expression of odd^{dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^da.G32 results in more than 70% pupal lethality. Both surviving adults and pupae show strong thorax closure defects.

Expression of odd^{dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^en-e16E results in 10% pupal lethality.

Expression of odd^{dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS} under the control of either Scer\GAL4^en-e16E or Scer\GAL4^pnr-MD237 results in thorax closure defects in the adult.

Expression of odd^{dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS} under the control of either Scer\GAL4^{Ubx-lac1-Gal4}, Scer\GAL4^opa, Scer\GAL4^puc-E69-unk or Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096 does not result in thorax defects.
