Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Sdc ectodomain due to a stop codon after N318. The construct contains 72 silent mutations in the 375bp region that is targeted by P{UAS-Sdc.RNAi.S}, to prevent RNAi silencing by this construct (RNAi Escape Strategy Construct (RESC) method).
