Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a version of Sdc in which amino acids 62, 79, 81, 110, 194 have been changed from S to A. The construct contains 72 silent mutations in the 375bp region that is targeted by P{UAS-Sdc.RNAi.S}, to prevent RNAi silencing by this construct (RNAi Escape Strategy Construct (RESC) method).
