Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a 22 amino acid polyglutamine repeat (the repeat is flanked by the amino acid sequence MRSRKL at the N-terminal end and by KLRS at the C-terminal end). The Tag:MYC and Tag:FLAG tags are present at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame (immediately after the KLRS sequence).
