        Expression of cbtEPS50 under the control of Scer\GAL4hh.PU results in partial loss of the crossveins and a reduction in the L3-L4 intervein region.

        Flies expressing cbtEPS50 under the control of Scer\GAL4sd.PU show an increase in wing size, lack wing vein L5 and show notches in the wing margin.
