      Flies expressing MTF-1Δ761-791.tub eclose at a rate approaching that of wild type and have notched wings.

      The median lifespan of flies expressing MTF-1Δ761-791.tub is reduced to a median of 28 days (compared to a median lifespan of 49 days for wild-type controls).
