      Expression of ChadsRNA.Scer\UAS in all photoreceptors under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa abolishes light avoidance. Selective disruption of ACh synthesis in Rh5 (through expression of ChadsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Rh5.PT), but not in Rh6 photoreceptors (under the control of Scer\GAL4Rh6.PD) abrogated light avoidance.
