      AvicGFPCG31235.T:nls-tra is expressed in 14 glial cells of the ventral nerve cord: 9 longitudinal (interface) glial cells, 3 cell body-glia (MM-CBG, M-CBG and L-CBG) and 2 intersegmental nerve glia (M-ISNG, and L-ISNG). In the longitudinal (interface) glial cells it is co-expressed but in a more restricted domain than ScerGAL4htl.POS. In first instar larvae AvicGFPCG31235.T:nls-tra seems to be expressed in the same cells as in the embryo, although their positions are different due to migration.
