      Expression of E2f2HMS01562 under the control of Scer\GAL4mir-310.PL in Df(2R)Dm310s mutant background almost fully rescues the egg dorsal appendages defect characteristic for the Df(2R)Dm310s mutant eggs but it further exacerbates their reduced hatchability as well as the decreased male fertility (assayed under sperm-depletion conditions).
