Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of exd which is tagged at the N-terminal end with N-Venus. Amino acid 51 of the exd homeodomain has been mutated. A linker of 5 amino acid residues separates the exd and N-Venus sequences. The fusion protein is also tagged with a Tag:HA epitope.
