      Overexpression of sqaScer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 results in the disappearance of anterior crossveins in adult wings.

      The anterior crossvein appears normal in wings co-expressing both sqaScer\UAS and sqadsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1.
