      Scer\GAL4Ilp2.PR DskScer\UAS.cCa males perform more high intensity fighting behaviours compared to controls in male aggression assays. Feeding these males with the Dsk/CCK antagonist SR27897 induced severe intermittent jump behaviours and eliminates fighting behaviour.

      Scer\GAL4Ilp2.PR DskScer\UAS.cCa males are hyperactive compared to controls. The severity of this phenotype is reduced if flies are fed Dsk/CCK antagonist SR27897.

      Male flies expressing DskScer\UAS.cCa via Scer\GAL4Ilp2.PR or Scer\GAL4elav-C155 do not eat significantly more/less food ad lib than controls in a 24 hr period.
