      The expression of MembrinScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 rescues both the larval lethality exhibited by Membrin1524 homozygotes and the pupal lethality of individuals expressing MembrinGD2313 under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32.

      The expression of either MembrinG147W.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG or MembrinK166del.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 improves the larval lethality of Membrin1524 homozygotes, allowing them to progress until the pharate stage.
