Expression of StimJF02567 results in a significant decrease in the number of dendrite branch terminals in either class I ddaD and ddaE (when expression is driven by Scer\GAL4221, in combination with Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi) or class IV ddaC (when expression is driven by Scer\GAL4ppk.PG, in combination with Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi) abdominal dorsal multidendritic neurons from third instar larvae, as compared to controls.
