      Expression of NcScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 results in embryonic lethality at 25[o]C. Rare larvae survive until the late larval stages when the animals are raised at 18[o]C, and these show severe NMJ degeneration with many complete NMJ eliminations.
