      Expression of snS289A.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4sn.PZ rescues the macrophage migration defects seen in sn28 mutant stage 15 embryos. The reduction in the number of actin-rich filopodia and microspikes within the lamellae of sn28 mutant macrophages is also rescued.

      Expression of snS289A.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 rescues the actin bundle formation defects seen in sn28 mutant nurse cells. Female sterility is restored in 80% of sn28 mutant flies.

      Expression of snS289A.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4sn.PZ rescues the macrophage migration defects seen in Df(1)C128 mutant stage 15 embryos.
