      Scer\GAL4btl.PS-mediated expression of Tsf2ΔGPI.Scer\UAS rescues the tracheal over-elongation phenotype of Tsf2ex234 embryos.

      Scer\GAL4en.PU-mediated expression of Tsf2ΔGPI.Scer\UAS rescues septate junction assembly in Scer\GAL4en.PU-expressing cells and adjacent cells of Tsf2ex234 mutants. The convoluted tracheal phenotype of Tsf2ex234 mutants is also rescued.
