      Flies expressing kayNIG.15509R under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa (which increases RNAi efficiency) under constant darkness conditions show a slight lengthening of the locomotor activity period compared to controls.
