      Expression of Prp8NIG.8877R under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96 results in a notched wing phenotype.

      Expression of Prp8NIG.8877R under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.PU at 29[o]C results in pupal lethality. At a lower temperature, escapers with less scutellar bristles than normal are seen.
