Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096-mediated expression of both Ras85DV12.Scer\UAS and PlzfScer\UAS.cMa generates significantly enhanced extra and ectopic veins as compared to expression of either transgene alone. This effect is more dramatic at 18[o]C than 25[o]C.

Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096-mediated expression of both rlScer\UAS.cKa and PlzfScer\UAS.cMa generates significantly enhanced extra and ectopic veins as compared to expression of either transgene alone. This effect is more dramatic at 18[o]C than 25[o]C.

Flies that co-express phlScer\UAS.F179 and PlzfScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 die at the pupal stage due to wing malformation.
