      The co-expression of mir-310Scer\UAS.cluster.T:Ppyr\LUC, mir-311Scer\UAS.cluster.T:Ppyr\LUC, mir-312Scer\UAS.cluster.T:Ppyr\LUC and mir-313Scer\UAS.cluster.T:Ppyr\LUC under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO, in combination with RU486 treatment to restrict expression to adulthood, leads to a significant increase in the recovery time from ethanol sedation, as compared to controls.
