      9% of egg chambers show a fusion phenotype in females expressing let-7Scer\UAS.T:Ppyr\LUC under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32. There does not appear to be a mitotic defect (the egg chambers containing additional nurse cells always contain 30 nurse cells).
