Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a kinase-dead form of the Mps1 C-terminal domain (amino acids 325-630). The C at position 1778 has been replaced by A, resulting in replacement of the asparagine at amino acid 478 with alanine. The construct is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
