      Expression of P{UAS-mir-5+mir-6-1+mir-6-2+mir-6-3.L} under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in male lethality. Surviving adults have curved wings.

      Expression of P{UAS-mir-5+mir-6-1+mir-6-2+mir-6-3.L} under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 results in some pupal and pharate adult lethality. Wings are short and thinner than normal and have no margin. Veins often do not reach the edge of the wing.
