UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a DsRed(Unk) fluorescent protein. A genomic fragment containing an miRNA cluster (includes the mir-1002 and mir-968 pre-miRNA hairpins) has been inserted into the DsRed(Unk) 3'UTR.
