UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a DsRed(Unk) fluorescent protein. A genomic fragment containing an miRNA cluster (includes the mir-4966-1, mir-975, mir-976 and mir-977 pre-miRNA hairpins) has been inserted into the DsRed(Unk) 3'UTR.
