UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a DsRed(Unk) fluorescent protein. A genomic fragment containing an miRNA cluster (includes the mir-978 and mir-979 pre-miRNA hairpins) has been inserted into the DsRed(Unk) 3'UTR.
