      Embryos expressing βTub56DScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4sim.PS have an average of 9.6 mitotic ventral midline cells in total in the 10 trunk neuromeres at stage 12/13 (compared to 6.8 mitotic cells in wild type).
